The Hardwick Historical Society was awarded the 2008 Hardwick Fair Conservation Award from the East Quabbin Land Trust in recognition for the research done by Carol Andrews, Susan Gainley, & Myron Goddard on the Coxhall stonewall structure, Simpson Road, Hardwick. These actions are worthy of recognition and support because they promote the protection and education of historic landscapes.
